Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns for online purchases are for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by HSC within 14 days of the purchase date. Purchase date can be found on your packing slip. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition or the return will not be accepted.
Our inventory is limited to ensure that we bring you the latest trends in fashion. Therefor, we can not guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be available. If we not longer have the item or the size you need, a store credit will automatically be issued.
Shipping on Returns/Exchanges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping to HSC is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is damaged when received, it must be reported to HSC within 7 days of the purchase date. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at email@example.com.
